So as I've already made a base (see Tutorial section), then I needed to paint something to put on it :)
That's why I began with painting my star lance noble on elven steed, very quick paintjob so far, with my standard army colours and my table top quality (for heroes of course, I'm not that patient to paint the whole army with such standard:D).
I've managed to paint the horse already and I will move on with the rider as soon as possible.
In meantime, I made also a new Tyrion on foot conversion which I HAVE TO paint right now, as I like it a lot, that's why I need to finish first that mounted noble asap:))

Elf Samurai WIP
Welcome!
Here are some Wip photos of my new commission paintjob, which is Elf Samurai, he will be a part of huge diorama which is being made by my customer. Interesting project I must admit;) I can't wait to see the final effect.

The Last Alliance, huge 12k vs 12k battle sneak peak!
Hi!
Well, 2 days ago we played a huge WFB battle, 3vs3 players, 4000 points per army, so it was LEGEN - wait for it - DARY, lagandary!!
Our theme was "The Last Alliance", forces of evil versus army of light. My High Elves stood arm to arm with army of Empire and Wood Elves against hordes of Orcs&Goblins, Chaos Dwarfs and Dark Elves.
The aim was to field only painted models, so we took everything we had, no matter how strong or weak our lists would be. I took even a unit of 28 Lothern Sea Guard! (who actually did nothing:D).
We decided to make a secret deployment with kind of barrier in the middle of the table, which was really good idea, as we deployed everything pretty fast, which could normally take a very long time.
It was my first really big battle and I was very impressed when I saw all that stuff on the table, ready for action.
We will write more soon and I will post a lot of photos here as soon as we gather all of them and edit.
Meanwhile, here is small sneak peak, have a look!

Wood Elf Lord on Great Stag
Here is my latest paintjob, a commission for my friend from our local gaming wfb club.
Very cool model to paint and makes a really really huge impression among common troops which made me to reconsider including HE noble on griffon or eagle in my army again. I basically like outstanding and big models!:D
After preparing my display base for Chosen of Asuryan (see in gallery) a lot of people asked me how I did waterfalls, so did my friend and obliged me to insert somewhere on his base a waterfall at any cost:)

Sisters of Avelorn
Aloha!
I've seen few days ago on ulthuan.net some beautifully painted sisters of avelorn and I decided that I want them in my army painted at last!;)
So I did, my very speed painting record has been beaten, I managed to paint that unit just in 3 days and I'm happy how they turned out.
Unfortunately I've just some clone models, but they were very cheap on the other hand. I'll do the bases when I'll finally buy or find some cork and bark.

I found that event such like that is a great motivation to push the army painting level beyond the speed limit xD
I haven't had time (or just I was too lazy) to prepare movements trays for my units untill this very tournament, but atm I'm finishing painting the last 2 ones for my fast cav units;)
I'll take some photos tomorrow, how the army looks like together.
And, as it's mainly a painting blog, a little progress of my wood elf lord on stag commission:

Battle Standard Bearer of the Dragon Lord
Welcome!
I finally made some photos of my BSB model. The dragon freehand was a huge challenge and once I did it I was really satisfied but now I think I could do it better;p
It's a center piece of my army, looks amazing among the core troops in my opinion.
If you would like to vote on CMON website, here is direct link;)
